Gary Wilson, President

Mr. Wilson serves as President of Aegion’s Energy Services platform, providing engineering, construction, maintenance and turnaround services to the oil and gas industry.  Prior to joining Brinderson in 2002, he worked for two major oil companies in a variety of engineering, construction, maintenance and operations capacities.  For the company, he previously established Brinderson’s direct-hire maintenance and turnaround services division, which is now the largest provider of these services in the Western US refining industry.  Mr. Wilson holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Master’s in Management from the University of Redlands.

 

Rick St. Laurent, Senior Vice President, Operations

Mr. St. Laurent has more than 25 years of experience leading small and large organizations in the petroleum refining industry. As Senior Vice President of Operations, he oversees engineering, construction, maintenance and turnarounds for refining, terminals and pipelines programs as well as the upstream oil and gas industry.  Prior to joining Brinderson, he was a Director for Valero Energy Corporation, where he worked for 15 years and served as corporate liaison in the development of Valero’s Turnaround Excellence Process. Prior to Valero, he held operational leadership positions with UMA Engineers & Constructors, Inc.; Ultramar Diamond Shamrock Refining Co.; and Ultramar Refining Co. Mr. St. Laurent holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Construction Engineering Management from California State University-Long Beach and holds a State of California General Contracting License (General Engineering).

 

Mike Wolf, Senior Vice President, Marketing and Strategic Planning

Mr. Wolf has 40 years of experience working with large international engineering and construction companies.  For Brinderson, he leads all business development activities including sales, marketing and strategic planning. Prior to joining Brinderson, he was Group Vice President of Business Development for CB&I’s Global Market Sectors, which included offshore and pipelines, refining and petrochemicals, gas processing, LNG, nuclear and steel plate structures.  In addition, he held senior posts with Fluor over a 23-year period, including operations management in Europe, and leading marketing and business development across the globe for its petroleum and petrochemical markets. Mr. Wolf is a registered professional engineer and has a degree in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University.

 

Shenna Bradshaw, General Counsel, Vice President Human Resources

Ms. Bradshaw has more than 10 years of legal experience with a heavy emphasis on construction-related law.  As General Counsel, Vice President Human Resources, she is responsible for leading all aspects of the legal services and human resources functions, and is routinely sought after by clients and industry leaders for insight and strategy.  Prior to joining Aegion Energy Services, Ms. Bradshaw served as Construction Law Associate for Greensfelder, Hemker & Gale, P.C. She also served our country as Captain of the 8th Legal Support Organization after attending R.O.T.C. training at the University of Notre Dame. 


Todd Steinert, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Steinert has more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry. As Chief Financial Officer, he oversees accounting and financial operations, supply-chain and information systems for the Aegion Energy Services platform. He focuses on bottom-line profitability and aligning financial goals with strategic and operational objectives. Prior to his current role, he served as the company Controller where he was responsible for all forecasting/budgeting, period close activities, financial reporting, invoicing processes, and treasury management. Since joining Brinderson in 2011, Mr. Steinert managed financial operations during tremendous revenue growth (230%) and through the Aegion acquisition in 2013. Prior to joining Brinderson, he served in various financial and accounting roles for Fluor and Craig Realty Group. He holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of California, Irvine.

 

Henry Zarate, Vice President, Health, Safety, Security and Environmental

With Brinderson since 2011, Mr. Zarate directs a safety staff of 52 safety professionals overseeing over 2800 employees in five states as Vice President of Health, Safety, Security and Environmental. He has more than 20 years of safety experience in the oil and gas industries, serving as a safety supervisor for an industrial cleaning company and as an operations, human resource and health and safety manager for a maintenance contracting company. In his spare time, Mr. Zarate also teaches OSHA Training Institute courses at a local community college.
